On Wednesday, April 16, our club program will focus on health and fitness. Since April 16th is the American Heart Association's National Start! Walking Day, those who wish can meet at 6:00 p.m. in front of Bowl America for a short walk (be sure to wear sneakers!) before our meeting. Our 6:30 p.m. dinner will be followed by a presentation by Karen M. Thomas, Chair, Health Enhancement, Exercise Science, and Physical Education at Montgomery College in Rockville. She will talk to us about the importance of fitness.............As always, guests and interclubs are welcome to join us on Wednesday night. Dinner is $15 per person. ..................
